This is a video of Professor Paul Stoller, produced in response to an invitation from the Centre for Imaginative Ethnography at York University in Toronto, Canada. It is part of their Imaginings Project. Filmed by Tim Spellman of Tim Spellman Video Productions, it focuses on how anthropologists might contribute to debates on current events, for example, around issues to do with income and social inequality. I found this educational and thought provoking and it also introduced me to this Centre – well worth a few minutes of your time.
